Warehousing & Packaging

We have established a spacious warehouse which is equipped with all necessary facilities to meet various requirements of storage of our product range. This warehouse is capable enough to store such large products properly. Our warehouse is designed and built keeping in mind all basic needs as proper lighting either artificial or sunlight, air ventilation. We have segmented our warehouse into different sections for a convenient management of all processes as storage and delivery of the product.

Infrastructural Set-Up

Our organization is backed by a world-class infrastructure, which is equipped with all necessary facilities. We have established three state-of-the-art manufacturing units situated in a sprawling area of 2000 square meter. Our units are installed with all technologically advanced machines & equipment that help us in manufacturing our rage with high production rate and great efficiency. We have designed and built our units as per the requirement of the manufacturing process.

We have segregated our manufacturing units into different divisions like:

• Design Unit
• Manufacturing Area
• Quality Assurance Department
• R&D Department

Some important machines installed in our manufacturing units are:

• MIG Welding, Shearing
• Press Break
• EOT Cranes each having capacity of 8 Mt.
• Lathes
• Shaping and Slotting Machine

Our manufacturing unit has CAD/CAM facility which leads us in designing of the products in an efficient manner. We use high quality raw material, which is procured from reliable vendors to ensure the quality of products.
